“I recently worked with Mike to have my windshield replaced on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner, and he did a fantastic job! Mike was extremely polite, professional, responsive, and flexible. He offered me multiple options for my replacement windshield and even completed the install at my office location. “Mom has lived here for about 15 months, but only the last 3 months have been under the new ownership of J. and Kate Addis with the name Serenity. The new owners have already incorporated a lot of positive changes and the whole environment there is now much more relaxed and comfortable for both residents and their families. The new owners have listened to our feedback and suggestions and are striving to make living at serenity as pleasant an experience as possible. The home has always been clean and there are no unpleasant odors like you may find in the larger, more institutional type facilities. The home is in a very nice neighborhood, it has a great open floor plan with a very spacious, comfortable living room and a large, family style dinning room table. There is a beautiful back patio where the residents can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The home cooked meals are always good and prepared according to the individual needs of each resident. One of the things we like best is the high caregiver to resident ratio. Since the new owners took over, there have been 5 residents with at least two caregivers each day, and one overnight. There are often nursing students and other helpers there as well. And the new owner is also on site regularly, and sometimes the director is there as well. The caregivers are all kind and seem to enjoy what they do. Often times, the residents are gathered around the table playing bingo, or flashcards, or coloring together. The residents all seem content and well cared for. All in all, I would recommend Serenity Cedar park as a good home for your loved one when living alone is no longer an option.”

“Great experience here. By far the best car wash in town! Austin was awesome, great service and really nice to talk to. Vacuum's are free and top notch. Everybody who was there, greeted me with a smile, through there mask of course ?. Also I have been to a few locations, and though I love the usual classic rock that is played at the other locations, this one had a few songs that came on that I didn't expect and pleasantly enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.”

“The transmission went out unexpectedly in my pick up truck which is never a pleasant surprise. I was referred to A plus by a co-worker. Sam was the person in charge that I dealt with, she was always very polite and informative. I appreciated that the work was completed very promptly, especially since it was between Christmas and new year day (which included a weekend). The transmission seems to shift better than I recall and I am very pleased with the service I was provided. “This place is amazing. When I brought my daughter here from another learning center I immediately knew I made the right choice. The staff is amazing and very caring about my concerns. My daughter had it rough the first day changing to a new school but quickly fell in love and I’m so impressed!! The cameras are great! I am able to watch my daughter and see her be socially active with her new friends. Best part of all is my daughter now asks to go to school and enjoys it very much! I don’t usually leave reviews but this school and the staff deserve it! Can’t recommend this school enough.”

“Dr. Turner and his delightful staff have been our family dentists for the last 19 years. When we moved to Cedar Park we had four young children and needed a kid-friendly dentist we could trust. We have never once regretted our choice. Every time we come to the office we are greeted warmly by name, they ask about the family, and I even hear stories about my kids even I had forgotten! That brings up another telling feature of Dr. Turner's practice: the employees stick around, year after year, even retiring there (miss you Barbara!). It says something about the ethics and the man, not to mention the professionalism and commitment to outstanding state-of-the-art care. I can't say enough about Dr. Turner and his wonderful team.”

Upon calling customer service line, they indicated that to replace that shelf, it would take 3 months to order and ship. We reached out to the Lakeline OfficeMax and they kindly agreed to take apart their display bookcase in order to give us this shelf. Both the manager, Josh, and the sales person, Kayla, were not only professional but very kind and accommodating to help us out. Very pleased with the service at this store! Highly recommend.”
