I am one of the many who have lived here a long time (over 10 years), and as long as you pay the rent and utilities on time, and respect those around you, it's a wonderful place to live. Management can be strict, but only if you aren't following the rules that are there to make everyone happy to be here, not just the one person breaking the rules. When the property changed owners, there was a temporary management change also that no one seemed happy about, but the new owners hired back the old manager, and things have been running smoothly ever since. Also, it has lots of trees and grass that are well maintained, good sized lots, a kids play area, a small laundry room, and of course the park mascot: a donkey that loves carrots and other fruits and vegetables. I guarantee you, if this weren't a nice place to live, I would no longer be here.

My friend lives there and it's quiet and clean, as long as she's happy and safe it's PERFECT!

It's a nice place to stay if you have an RV

It's a quiet rv park. For those that live monthly. Has a park. Strict rules as far as pets on a leash. My kids love the park. Very affordable.
