“Dr. Harris has changed my quality of life for the better. He performed a full health history interview along with X-rays the first consult . The next visit, he educated me on my spinal adjustment needs and had a treatment plan in place. He is upfront and honest with his capabilities. He explains his expectations of me for my home work outs assigned to help strengthen muscles and tendons over the course of corrections. If I don't do my exercises I feel it for sure and I'm the one that pays for my slack off. Dr. Harris is professional, respectful, and offers a well rounded treatment plan including physical therapy and medical message. He offers a gym and sauna as well. I am blown away by the improvements I have experienced. I have increased range of motion. I am on my way to better posture and stronger muscles. I have also experienced some weight loss which has been a nice unexpected bonus. The best is the significant decrease in pain and requirement of pain medication. I don't even take Tylenol anymore. “I've been going to see Nancy for over 6 months and I cannot say enough great things about her and the practice. I always recommend them to my friends and family that aren't feeling 100%. When I would see my PCP annually for my checkup, I always had bloodwork done because I had been feeling "off" for years. It always came back normal aside from low vitamin D or iron. But, supplements never really helped. It wasn't until most recently that I felt worse, tired, bloated, and just not myself. Since seeing Nancy, my bloat has gone away. “My experience at Baylor Scott Medical ER hospital etc.. was not like others who’ve left a review. The ER staff has always been helpful and caring towards my needs. I’ve come to the ER twice this past year and the doctors were surprisingly attentive and easy to communicate with. I had Covid complications and stayed over night and was taken to a hospital room. The hospital staff was great as well, nurses, techs, doctors and kitchen staff. I did not feel like a burden but rather taken care of and I knew I was in good hands.”

“I took my 10 year old granddaughter to have new braces put on her bottom teeth. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jovan (she always makes a point to visit) and then she handed my girl off to Megan. As I sat a few feet away, I watched this marvelous Dental tech prepare my girl’s teeth and her psyche for the procedure. Megan has a true gift from God that enables her not only to do the dental work beautifully, but to also establish a real relationship with her patients. She was fun and jovial, and entered into my girl’s life in a way that was rare. My granddaughter later told me that the procedure was no big deal! It was a wonderful sight to behold and made me so appreciate the blessing that Jovan Orthodontics has been to our family. “Nakeenya Wilson cares deeply for children and went the extra mile to help my daughter in a very stressful situation. I’ve been in an ongoing custody case, and in return have been through many therapists and professionals who eventually did nothing to help my child. Nakeenya was the opposite and is highly skilled in what she does. Ms. Wilson was the Guardian ad litem for my family for almost two years, and she took her role extremely seriously with professionalism, always putting my daughters best interest first. She did an extensive investigation and truly cared. Out of all the many professionals I have worked with during what has now become seven years of litigation, she has been one of the most professional, ethical experts I have had the pleasure of knowing. I only wished there were more like her, as she is truly a breath of fresh air. There was never a concern that she would not do the right thing, as sadly happens in the family court system. If you are working with Nakeenya, you know she will always do the right thing, even if it’s not popular with the “hired guns” charging exorbitant amounts. “I went in and and the staff were very nice and my appointment time was actually honored, I just know every doctor I see I get there early and then I don’t get seen till 15 to 30 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. I consultation, and scans then stress test and the debriefing all in 1 hour..... Wow! I was shocked that all of that had happened in such a short time... and never felt like it was a cattle call. I can’t recommend Dr Lucid and his team enough... best doctor visit EVER! If you like getting in and out in a timely manner and don’t need all the hand holding see them. Chris”

“I have a child who is a heart patient and usually use other local pharmacies for his meds. However, he is on a new med that our insurance doesn’t cover, and came to Randalls because they work with a discount program called GoodRx for this particular drug. Let me tell you, with a diabetic and a heart patient in the family, we use pharmacies A LOT. This Randall’s is tops, hands down. The first time I was in, it was right before closing time, and I was flustered because of the lack of insurance coverage. The pharmacist kindly and patiently explained the discount process throughly, I filled out a very short form, she arranged for the transfer of the script from another pharmacy, and had the script ready the following morning, no fuss, no muss. Today was my second pick up. She knew who I was and who my child was immediately upon giving her the name, asked how he was doing, and got the meds immediately--and that was even through the drive through! Randall’s is a little pricier than other grocery stores, so I admittedly haven’t shopped there very often for groceries. However, I will be transferring all my family’s prescriptions there immediately due to the outstanding customer service I have experienced at the pharmacy. Who knows-maybe I can gather enough coupon discounts to shop for regular groceries, too. The customer service sure is worth the extra expense! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this pharmacy and may be back with another review of the rest of the store soon. 😊”
