“Visited today for the first time! Great park for younger and older kids ! Lots of different things to play on. Kids love the see saws and the "spinning thing" the best. It also has a large sandpit with dump trucks, riding toys, shovels etc. So much fun for all ages!”

“Awesome park. Plenty of walking and bike trails. Rest stations along the way make it easy to enjoy what the park has to offer. Fantastic playground for the kids. Lots of covered pavilions for family gatherings. Some locations around the water have stationary benches and some with rocking swings to rest in the shade and soak in Mother Nature”

“A paved path that starts at McNeil.Rd and extends for almost 2 miles into the Round Rock West neighborhood. A nice path, easily accessed by several streets, but not much more than that. There are a few benches and some nice trees but not much shade, which is important in a hot Texas summer. Definitely worth using if you live in the neighborhood.”

“A nice place to walk especially if you live in the neighborhood or close by. There is fishing and a playground, there aren't restrooms so it is really set up to be a neighborhood park. One nice plus are the Purple Martin houses”

“We've lived across from this past for over 19 years and have enjoyed seeing it morph into this newer version. Updated equipment has helped make it safe and fun. Down the sidewalk is a half court basketball goal and areas to park off of Taron Cove. Wide fields are also available down there for dogs to run even though it's not an official dog park”

“Cute park to come and sit with some ducks. Also has a playground if you have kiddos, right off of the brushy creek trail.”

“The 2017 expansion added several new areas, including a tree house, zip line (on rails; very sturdy) several climbing areas, another section to the play town, and a shirt track for reaching. All are very accessible and designed with many levels of ability in mind. I went with my three youngest, and we all enjoyed ourselves. It was busy, with maybe 100 people there, but not crowded, and the children were very well behaved and supervised. The family restrooms in the center have been supplemented also by more near the play town / track areas”

“Nice neighborhood pool”

“Short hike without much elevation change. Very much doable by people of all ages. Plenty of parking at available at all times. The views at the end of the hike were beautiful but nothing crazy. Surely there are better hikes in the park.”

“Just around the corner from the duck pond, the pool has 2 lap lanes permanently set, while offering the additional space for family recreation. For entertaining the kids, they have set up a sprayer that casts water out about 1/3 of the way(wide) into the pool, creating a heavy rain-like effect.. There is also a 13 foot deep diving board area that teens and adults seem to enjoy. For the very little ones, there is a shallow pool of swirling water that looks fun. The playscape area, while not huge, is decent and offers visitors of the duck pond some additional activities that their kids might enjoy compared to the playground there.”

“Nice Neighborhood Park. Short trail that loops around a drainage area. I have noticed that part of the path goes under water frequently when it rains. There is a play ground and a picnic area. Lots of young trees that will eventually provide lots of shade from the summer sun. A large area is mowed so there is room for outdoor activities,”

“Being a resident of Brushy Creek for over 20 years I must say that our community park is great. I have been frequenting this patch of land since it was just that, a patch of land. The improvements over the years have been very impressive, so I tip my hat to the neighborhood association and MUD. Upgrades to the trails, which include irrigation and runoff control, are definitely what keeps the quality and appeal top notch. I recommend that if you are interested in outdoor recreation it is a must to visit the community park and surrounding trails.”

“Clean, quiet park. Great atmosphere, basketball courts, swings and slides avail. Needs a shade cover though.”
