“I would highly recommend SmileOn for your braces journey. From my personal experience, the staff was always very nice. Doc Ak made sure that I was satisfied every appointment with my braces. When I had questions, he was always ready to answer. He was very reassuring. I had a couple times during my journey where I would get anxiety but Doc Ak always reassured me to trust the process. I trusted the process through and through. My teeth came out AMAZING. He got rid of my gummy smile(one of my biggest insecurities my whole life) and I cannot stop staring at my teeth, I cannot stop smiling. My braces journey was definitely worth it. “This was my son’s first time visiting this dentist office, usually he is pretty nervous. The staff made him feel comfortable and everyone was SUPER personable and kind! The office is beautiful and the availability was really really quick to get the initial and follow up visit set up. My son has a few cavities and they were able to schedule him and take care of them immediately. The dentist and staff were very informative leaving me and my son feeling confident about the treatment and how to prevent his cavities from coming back. “I can't stand the Dentist. I've had way too many experiences that make the dentist an incredibly stressful and frustrating place for me to go. I get anxiety just booking an appointment. Yesterday I felt some pain in one of my teeth and even though I'm paranoid about the dentist, when something feels wrong, I go in right away. Rather than go to the dentist I have been seen for a few years that I've never been impressed with, I reached out to a friend for a recommendation. He connected me with Avery Ranch dental yesterday and I was able to get in this morning to see Dr. DeCoursin. The experience was a 10 out of 10. The staff is polite, friendly, and makes you feel taken care of. There is a clear process in this office and I never felt like I was lost or out of place, everything was explained clearly and effectively. Dr. DeCoursin has the type of doctor temperament that you both feel and hear. She immediately made me feel confident and comfortable. I am transitioning all of my business to this office and setting up a cleaning. Even though it's about 45 minutes away from the house we just purchased, the drive is absolutely worth it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Dr. Gloria is so extraordinary, you can consider yourself lucky and very fortunate to be her patient. She is by far the most amazing dentist/specialist I’ve ever been to. I absolutely adore Dr. Johnson in Killeen at Fusion Dental, but my case was far too complex and I needed a specialist. Dr. Johnson was generous enough to send me to Dr. Gloria Torres because he knew she was awesome. With an overbite and crossbite, we had much work to do. After numerous surgeries, healing, casts, procedures, implants, more surgery, etcetera, I have lovely teeth and a lovely smile. Dr. Gloria is always fair about pricing and such a perfectionist. I have always felt like I was her only patient. She’s bends over backwards to accommodate my busy life and commute. Even when I had to bring our baby when my husband was on business trips. She really tried to work around my obstacles. The staff was so good to my daughter while I was getting work done. I didn’t make a habit of this, but when I had no options, they accomodated me. I can’t ever thank her enough for all of her hard work and the nights she stayed late making sure everything was perfect. She even stayed late numerous times. Never did she complain. I love her and her staff. This is an incredible office to visit and she doesn’t ask much, you need to make your appointments and not cancel because she’s very busy, but in return, she will gladly give you all of her time and expertise. I adore her. Jackie is a fanrastic assistant, Victoria is great and has assisted as well. The front staff are wonderful, they answered my emails, messages, they do everything to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Gloria had to replace, redo, and reconstruct the complete mess that Dr. Fossum (Harker Heights), made of several teeth. Crowns that were not seated properly, a tooth that broke at the baseline after they did a horrific crown with NO post that broke. This cost me tens of thousands of dollars. ($30k) This wasn’t an easy case for Dr. Gloria. If you’re looking for a specialist to do implants, or mouth reconstruction, fix a painful cross bite or overbites, Dr. Gloria does amazing work. She does implants, she lengthened my roots on two of my teeth, she covered a dark area on a tooth so it wouldn’t show. She was the first dentist to EVER look at my whole mouth to attempt to correct the problems. She preformed gum surgery to fix an indentation in my front gumline. The list is so long of all of the procedures this gifted specialist provided. I can’t ever thank her enough. I’ve also seen Dr. Craig Torres, as I needed a root canal. He’s also ruled out two root canals, thus saving me a lot of money. It was a TMJ issue and he addressed it. He’s patient, kind, and wonderful. Extremely knowledgable in his specialty, and I’ve referred my husband and others to him. I’m very thankful for this speciality clinic and all of the loving professional care I’ve received. I feel like I absolutely got my money’s worth and I have a beautiful smile now. Trust the best when it comes to your teeth. It is so important and makes life so much better. No more retainers! Both of these specialist deserve five stars. I’ve been provided with excellent care.”

“I took my 10 year old granddaughter to have new braces put on her bottom teeth. I had a wonderful visit with Dr. Jovan (she always makes a point to visit) and then she handed my girl off to Megan. As I sat a few feet away, I watched this marvelous Dental tech prepare my girl’s teeth and her psyche for the procedure. Megan has a true gift from God that enables her not only to do the dental work beautifully, but to also establish a real relationship with her patients. She was fun and jovial, and entered into my girl’s life in a way that was rare. My granddaughter later told me that the procedure was no big deal! It was a wonderful sight to behold and made me so appreciate the blessing that Jovan Orthodontics has been to our family. Angela was the treatment coordinator I talked with about my dental issues and she was so nice and friendly. I felt comfortable with her right away. She was just awesome! Dr Mark Duncan came in to look at my xrays and he was just as awesome as Angela. He very thoroughly explained what he thought was going on and where we needed to start first. He was extremely kind and made me feel like I finally found a dentist who was truly going to be able to fix my dental issues. I can't recommend this place enough, they are wonderful!”

Receptionist was courteous and helpful, place was very clean and atmosphere was great. Televisions above chairs for keeping interest while having procedures.
