As I was walking towards the exit after paying for my items, I got a "thank you for shopping with us today" from 2 different Target employees that I just happened to walk past. “I would highly recommend Arbor Floor N Design! They did our floors throughout our entire house back in April and this review is well overdo. Almost 6 months later and we are still in love with our floors. We did vinyl and Tarig was extremely helpful assisting us picking the right material and the exact color/design we were looking for. The crew was in and out in a timely manner and kept our house clean (as clean as possible) throughout the entire process. “Our experience with Robert and his crew deserve more than the 5 out of 5 stars. We presented Robert with 3d design images we'd created in SketchUp of our dream master bathroom and Robert made it all come to life. Our original master bathroom only had a builder grade enclosed shower, and our remodel involved completely gutting everything. They added new plumbing and fixtures, a Greek soaker tub, a custom walk in shower with pebble floor, additional recessed lights, shower/bath niches and live edge recessed shelves, installation of new doors/pocket door, a new tile floor, and various grout colors including a glitter additive to the shower floor grout. Robert worked magic with our materials and helped guide our expectations ahead of time for the outcomes of different parts of the project. His communication and flexibility put us at ease and his collaboration was excellent. He clearly has an eye for detail. Our 3d model was great, but there were some things he suggested that would look a little better if done differently. The pricing was very fair and competitive, and the project was completed within a reasonable amount of time with very minimal delays. We can't say enough about Robert and crew! We plan on using his crew next year to tear up our carpet and put in bamboo flooring. Shout out to Robert's counterpart "Jumbo", too - a very pleasant and great guy, and talented worker as well!”

“Jeremy did our master bath and guest bath remodels. We would definitely hire him again. We were interested in doing part of the job ourselves. He had no problem with that. I love that he does costs by line item so you know exactly how much something will be. Several times during the remodels we considered making a change. He was great in working with us as we tried to figure out exactly what we wanted to do. He gave us new estimates and options for changes. We don’t have that feeling of “I wish I would have done this or that”. We were able to purchase all of the materials ourselves so we knew exactly what we were getting. Remodels can be stressful. Not everything is going to go as planned. Jeremy is easy to work with and always addressed any questions or concerns we may have had. They did a great job!”

“Had my son's truck lifted here with a 6" lift. Went in for a 3" and after identifying what price range I was looking at, Carson spoke in detail about the mechanical differences and price points. So glad he did because we definitely would have wished we went with a bigger lift after spending money on the 3". What a difference! The truck looks great and we both are very happy! It was for the best price and best place around anywhere after a few months of research. Had some miscommunication issues at one point and Carson totally took care of the issue and stepped it up in a big way, while being humble, without hesitation. Good man right there! I am confident that anytime you or I bring a vehicle here, we will be well taken care of.”

“My wife and I hired Sam's Floor & Remodelling to tile our master bathroom remodel. Sam provided a very fair and competitive price quote and was always accessible if I had questions. The tile work began on schedule and we were very impressed with Javier, the lead tile setter's craftsmanship. He ensured that all of the tiles planed out level and that the grout joints on the rectified tile were spaced evenly. The crew was very good about cleaning up the jobsite every day which was very much appreciated. The master shower turned out beautifully ! Ultimately, Sam honored his contract and ensured that we were very satisfied with the tile work at our master bathroom remodel. He also installed carpet for us at another closet and did a beautiful job of patching our master bedroom carpet at the threshold of the master bathroom.
