“My experience was very good starting with my check in. They first signed me up as an Emerald. They upgraded my car so I could have a vehicle with a GPS to help me on my travels in Dallas & Houston at my request. I had a drop off at a different location and they made this relatively painless other than the cost that is at every rental company. Nice Nissan which I own two Nissan's so that made it easy understanding all the options I was already used to. Drop off also went well with a shuttle to my airport terminal. Couldn't ask for any more. Thank You”

“Staff was great. Very helpful and pleasant. Nice clean cars. Sixt also provides a great Service record of the cars status- you should review However Item 1 Leaky driver side rear tire You think this would have been fixed being a safety issue. However it still occurs loosing 6 psi a day. Hopefully it will be fixed for the next customer. Luckily the car has a nice display of each tire pressure.”

“Quick and easy process returning my rental car. No trouble at all and got through the line one less than 5 minutes. Longest part of my return to the Airport was the shuttle system ride back to the terminal. Hertz in no way could have sped that up. Factor in about 20-30 minutes for shuttle service and you should be just fine time wise.”

“I was pretty nervous about renting a van until I met Margie who might I add was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She made us feel like we were welcomed there unlike some other places I called earlier that week who had an attitude just because I wanted to ask if they accepted Credit and Debit cards. Most places do not work with you if you need to make a split payment. Margie was so great, not only did she answer my questions about the Credit and Debit card she helped me pick out the perfect van for our trip. I was telling her about the cruise I will be going on and she suggested some great places to try out and while I was traveling to Galveston as well. She went above and beyond also when I was bringing the van back on a Sunday and was running a few minutes late from being there by 3pm she stayed after hours for me to check in the van. I was more than grateful for her staying. The team she has is amazing as well. I highly recommend this place. If you decide to stop by take a small dinosaur toy with you for her desk, she collects those as well. Thank you Margie. Chris and Bridgette”

“Thank you so much to Roberto! We had a terrible experience at Budget. (We has reserved a 15 passenger van through Budget and they called us on our way to pick it up and said they didn’t have it) I found this company online and thankfully they had one. We went in and he was extremely accommodating and kind. He was slammed working by himself and running around trying to do it all but it did not effect his customer service or the time we had to wait to be helped. It has been a terrible week and he was the one bright spot in our week. Thank you so so so much!”

“I needed a truck for the weekend, they had one to rent. Pretty simple transaction. Seneca was beyond helpful, though, providing A+ customer service and making sure to answer all of my questions. The repeated warnings about "diesel, not unleaded" were a little repetitive but I figure it's happened more than once so they have to warn more than once. Picking up the truck was easy, but clearer signs might have directed us to the north side of the building the first time. Dropping off was simple and painless. Seneca was awesome both times!”

“Fast enough service, friendly employees, and quality rentals were all good points, but one of the biggest things that bothered me was that they wouldn't let me drive the car we rented. My car got rear ended, is in the shop, and now I'm not even able to drive the temporary replacement! This is of course because I'm not old enough yet... But anyway, they got our car ready quickly and had it washed and cleaned before handing us they keys. Overall a very clean, efficient experience.”

“Holly and Ken was very easy to work with. I got in a little fender bender. I needed to rent a car for work and all. First day I got a van Just to get me from home to work. But the next day I wasn’t feeling the van. And I call to see if I can switch to a smaller car.
