“My family and I rent here often. Yes, there have been times that a requested vehicle has not been available, but they always make a concession for us and take care of us. Recently, I called ahead and not only received wonderful customer service, but they ensured that the vehicle we requested would be ready on the day we arrived. In the past, I’ve had to drive to either the 620 North location…or all the way to the airport. So, having this location close to home is great. “I have rented from Tim multiple times and I can tell you this has been the best exotic rental experience I have had. Also really like the 15% discount for being a loyal and continuous customer. So far I have driven almost all vehicles of their current inventory. I can tell you all of the cars are clean, safe, and fast. The rental process took 15 minutes with minimal paperwork. I had to provide insurance verification and a credit card that can hold $2500 for a security deposit on top of whatever the rental amount would be. I.e $2500 + $1800 for rental and +400 for extra miles if needed.”

“I rented a minivan for a family vacation at the Austin airport. From the time I got into the car to the time I reached the exit gate, I lost my license. They wouldn't let me out without it. They called the manager, Zach and bet that it had fallen behind the console because it wasn't the first time. I couldn't stay for them to retrieve it but he put me in touch with Guy in San Antonio, where we were staying. I called Guy and he told me to come in whenever it was convenient. I should up on a Wednesday morning at 10 and was greeted by Derek who was so nice and had my license back to me at 10:05. Their customer service was terrific! Thank you all.”

Their don’t bother me, car was great for mine 3000 miles trip to the California and back to Texas and I return it on a time after the seven days, cost me $308 to rent.They took $200 more deposit and credited back after my return. Overall customer service was a professional strict but friendly & As +plus business member I appreciate Enterprise business! If you have a drivers license out of state where you like to rent it, their policy is, you have to have a credit card enough to cover at least $508 for a week rental and have a good insurance coverage on you already!”
