“After waiting a few months to get scheduled for machine work in Corpus Christi I was referred by a friend to Ramirez Machine Shop in Alice. After a quick phone call I dropped my 79’ Jeep CJ5 4.2 liter engine off at his shop the next day (Tuesday). I had the entire engine and head machined, rebuilt, put back together and primed from the oil pan to the valve cover by the following week (Thursday). Rod was very knowledgeable and professional and kept me in the loop on all the issues and parts, etc while he was working on it. Super reasonable price for the whole job as well! Once I painted and installed the engine it fired right up and has been running great. I highly recommend Ramirez Machine shop for any engine or head work and will definitely use him for my next engine build...”

“This place does awesome work! They’re one of the most well rounded paint and body shops in the Austin area. They work with steel, aluminum and fiberglass, it’s very hard to find someone who works on fiberglass. I’ve had work done on three of my vehicles, one was a Ford F-150 with the aluminum body, outstanding work, looked brand new. Recently they worked on my son’s 1996 corvette. He bumped the back of a truck that had a trailer hitch and tore the fiberglass hood on one side. David and Chris worked their magic and it looks flawless, probably better than when the car was new. David and Chris are very reasonable with their prices and so an outstanding job of squeezing you in, particularly when this was my son’s daily driver. I highly recommend Eagle Custom Paint and body. Like I said, over the past five years I’ve taken three of my vehicles there, they’re very good on their prices, they take their time and do excellent work! Chris and David are the best!”

“The only place I will go to get my oil changed or inspection! They are the fastest place for oil changes I've ever been to! By the time I sit down and look at my phone for 10 mins, they're finished, and you get a half priced car wash! The car wash does a great job, too, as far as automated car washes go. I found out when I started going there that to do an oil change is easy and very fast. I'm not sure why I always had to wait sometimes an hour or more at other places 🤔 but I'm glad I found Kwik Kar in GBC”
