“I stopped by Circle K in Raleigh off S.Sauders this morning to fill my truck up and get car wash. When I put the car wash code that was provided for me on my receipt the lights in auto car wash didn’t come in so I went inside to speak with Sherry and she explained she would reset it. Sherry came out from store to assist me and we find out together that car wager was down. The reason I am writing this is because I am huge in customer service and to be honest it hadn’t been a good morning for me but she made my day with her service and smile! Thanks Sherry! “Saw the Google reviews, looked like the best place around. Scheduling was easy, and it makes it clear on the website what you get for each service. Honestly a rarity so it was SUPER nice to see. Got there and met the crew. I had some dog hair that needed to be removed, and honestly it was a bit much. I wish I had some before pics. I picked the wrong service for how much work needed to be done, and they wanted to meet me in the middle for pricing. The honesty was appreciated, but I chose paid the full amount because local businesses deserve it, especially now more than ever. Their professionalism and results are an easy 10/10. The owner took his time to explain the process and gave me tips on how to prevent future swirl marks or scratches from happening when washing the vehicle. Really knowledgeable guy and you can tell he enjoys working with vehicles. After a few hours my entire car was detailed and looked better than when I bought it! Well worth investment.”
