“When my wife came home from work to find this beautiful bouquet in her hotel room she began crying and couldn’t say anything coherent for at least 5 minutes then hung up to go take a shower! Due to unfortunate circumstances my wife is on the road traveling and I cannot travel with her. I am in Arkansas and my wife is in Mathis. I called this shop and spoke with Mrs. Anna who is ever so helpful and sweet! I explained the situation and they did an amazing job creating this work of art for my wife on Valentine’s Day for me! They delivered the bouquet to the hotel which I had called an arranged for them to hold at the fro t desk til she got off work. Mrs. Anna talked them into putting them in her room!! After a long and hard day I work I was speaking with her on the phone when she walked in and became overwhelmed by what she saw!! Thank you so much Mrs. Anna and everyone else at Trevino’s for helping me to touch my wife’s heart in a profound way from two states away!! I am indebted for life!! Technical stuff, price was fair and service was excellent and definitely they went the extra mile! The arrangement was beautiful and it obviously touched my wife’s heart. “Even though Google says Thistle Floral Design is temporarily closed, I encourage you to still send an inquiry email. ----- Jan at Thistle Floral Design was the most impactful, above and beyond vendor for our November 2021 wedding. She provided unbelievably stunning florals and structures, was an amazing communicator, and worked with us for some later edits and additions with minimal change to the cost. Throughout the year and a half we worked with her we felt a true connection as people, not just as a wedding couple who hired her and her wonderful team. Jan was amazing with communication from the start. She was the only vendor to send a follow up email when I was slow to respond. We virtually met with six different florists and my husband kept saying that he had a really good feeling about Jan--one of the few wedding planning items he had a strong opinion on! She showed passion and kindness from the start, created a design board for us to communicate her interpretation of our vision, and was able to provide a chuppah structure (to be decorated with flowers and greenery). Jan exceeded our expectations in many ways, especially on the wedding day itself (so beautiful)!
