“Coach Kelly is amazing she is so sweet and caring to everyone of her students if she sees that you are struggling with a task or workout she has given then she will always help she is very funny and makes each and every class enjoyable not only for her kids but for parents that are watching as well she always asks for ways to make her classes better so that her students can better enjoy it i have loved being in her class with all of the amazing and fun workouts and games she provides in her class she goes way beyond to help make sure that her students are excelling in every way possible I'm in level 2 and have gone so far because of the amazing coach that she is she is always quick to ask how your day has been or to make sure you are having fun I have been in many different classes with many different sweet kind caring and amazing coaches but I have been quick to conclude that she is my favorite not only is the gym a great environment but the coaches always have a smile on the faces and look like they are having such a great time I am very luck to have met some of the most amazing coaches ever each and everyone of them works there hardest to do anything they can to make your child happy I definitely recommend bringing your child and or children to this gym it's is very worthy and a very fun place to be????????????”

The weight room gets a little crowded right after work hours, so I like to go later in the evenings. I'm looking forward to trying the Body Pump class. Very glad they offer it. The coaches are fantastic and are extremely encouraging and are there to correct/coach any skill that you need help with. The members are also wide-ranging of all different skill levels, but are all so encouraging no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new CrossFit home!”

“We just switched from another larger gym nearby. The other gym lost interest in my kids since we were only doing cheer prep and their coaches kept leaving so there was no consistency in training. The minute my girls started classes at DEA they felt welcome and inspired again. In 2 classes, the coaches fixed the confidence problem one of my daughters had for months. “This is the closest YMCA to where I live, so it's my regular gym by default. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles you'll find at other, larger YMCA locations in the city. But that's balanced by the relatively small attendance in the workout area. You won't often have to wait to get on equipment or a bar. A core group of regulars gives the place a close-knit feel. Staff is friendly and relaxed. Lots of group classes are offered, if you're looking for those. Families with kids will find plenty of camp and league options. The weight area is very basic and somewhat limited. The staff could do a better job making sure people re-rack weights and leave areas clean when done. Other than that, I enjoy going here.”

Both are usually sweaty from playing different sports when I pick them up each day. I appreciate them having a place to go and burn off some energy after school. Highly recommend!”

Sign-up was very quick and easy, I got a great tour of the facility, and everything was explained to me in perfect detail. I love the email up-dates as well. I strongly recommend their summer gymnastic camp to anyone looking for an active and fun place for their children!
