“THE BEST! I started going to 9Round two weeks ago. Being a previous Division 1 athlete and having a baby I am certainly not in any kind of shape. I was hesitant to check out the gym but I wanted something that was 30 minutes, kicks my a&* and gets me out the door. 9Round is exactly that. Great great trainers. I have worked with Logan, Alan, and Gwen and they are all phenomenal. They all work differently and push you in their own way which I really enjoy. They are not crazy in your face but they definitely push you to get the best workout for you. If you are hesitant about trying it, give them a call and they will recommend you to come in and do a workout on them to see if it is something you would enjoy. It is incredibly fun as well....I go 4 times a week starting off, but being two and a half weeks in can already feel a difference! Thanks 9Round! You also have to meet Artie who owns the gym, hilarious guy and just a great person!”

I messed up on when I thought their class hours were and they allowed me to have open gym during their office hours, being super accommodating. Highly recommend if you like to workout before, after, or even during work. Only problem is that it is closed on the weekends.”
