“This was a blast! Ran into Andrew; and he gave me a guest pass: I used to work at a gym, and love trying new ones! The facility is super clean, and wasn't crowded. The pool was not too warm, and perfect for laps. The sauna was in the locker room, had wood benches, and was amazing! Stephan was also really kind; and I talked with Hunter briefly on the way out. “Great place to workout, Owners Jason and Amy along with the coaches are very knowledgeable on proper CrossFit movements and workouts. If you’re in the Lackland area in the Army, Air Force TDY, permanent party or a civilian and looking for a gym, this is the one. It’s huge, clean, plenty of restrooms (showers even) plenty of weights and Olympic bars. You can’t beat the competitive atmosphere, it will make you push harder and you’ll come out a better version of yourself as I did.”
