“Ulrich shed was among one of several shed companies we researched and visited. Out of all the companies Ulrich was the company we chose. We felt that Ulrich's sheds had the best quality, gave multiple design options, and had the style that we liked the best. Once we began the purchasing process we had Angie as our sales representative and she was amazing. She was very patient, walked us through all the options, and even referred us to a physical location so that we could go in person to see the different styles and options before finalizing our purchase. After that, we were assigned to Tyler to finalize the building process. We encountered some issues and the company worked quickly to resolve them. The owner contacted us directly to ensure we were going to be satisfied with our purchase. Ulrich assisted us with the permit process and once the permit was approved we were on the schedule to get the shed built onsite. Our shed builder was Bob. Bob worked smoothly and efficiently. He took the time to ensure that every detail and feature was exact and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. “Thanks for asking...over a year ago I dropped in but didn't find what I wanted. I did however leave my phone number. Last week, I got a text from Kaelin, who let me know that she had found somethings I truly might be interested in. She sent photographs. I was unable to get out to the shop but we texted back and forth about the products. She talked to her manager and even had even gotten permission to give me a special deal. Now that's service! By the time I could make it to the shop Kaelin was not there. I ended up working with Trinity. She was just as helpful as Kaelin! Finally after seeing everything that the shop had to offer Trinity helped me with a fantastic price that I was comfortable with. How could this be, two great sells associates at the same shop? Before I left I ended up talking with 2 more employees. Each was helpful. Drew, the "muscle" at the shop even went the extra mile and helped me get an excellent deal for my delivery of the furniture. Maybe you think my bill was enormous, it wasn't, but the service I received has made me feel like a VIP. I communicated with Monte via text and even sent my piano instructor up to test the piano. He got to see a selection of spectacular pianos that Monte has repaired and highly recommended I complete the sale.
