“I had prints that were frameless for 6 years because I didn't trust the local chain stores to properly frame it. I found Sam's in Dallas and took him 3 prints. 1 of the 3, my most beloved print "Spanish Dancer" was damaged in the process of framing. I was heartbroken and in tears. Unfortunately, the company that I purchased from could no longer replicate the print. Sam was very apologetic and worked tirelessly to correct it. I appreciated greatly how he owned up to the damage and his offering of a consolation. He concealed the damage to where it's only now noticeable upclose. His friendly demeanor, willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.
