“Fantastic experience with the ER and hospital staff. We got into an ER room almost immediately (heart troubles will do that for you) and they got to work. Kept my wife and I informed of what each step being taken was, what medications given were for, and how test results were looking. We wound up staying overnight for observation and the hospital staff were kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and were informed. Wound up here by luck and grateful we did. Next emergency (not for awhile I hope), we already know where to go!”

“Excellent place to before your child's birth. We just went back for our 2nd child's birth because first time was great. The staffs are very nice and caring. Especially Anna and Mirna. Anna is super caring handling my wife and you can tell she's pleasant, caring ad loving. Mirna was so warm and sweet she felt like my great aunt in the family. My baby was like super comfy once Mirna holds her. I can almost feel her energy flow into the baby. It's amazing to see that. Barbara was the supervisor also came by and check with us to see what else they can improve which shows they really care about their patients. The people there is what makes a difference. “I was 'put off' by some of the reviews, knowing my mother was being transferred to Austell Pruitt facility. However, once she arrived I was pleasantly impressed by the facility inside and the staff. If you've experienced other facilities....know this one is much better than many out there. Especially if you are considering a facility where utilizing social security/medicaid may be your only options. The staff are so pleasant and one of the best parts of this facility. The way we see them interact with patients and us. They have activities and are engaging with the patients. I also was impressed how well this location is managed, especially considering COVID. It's the first time in a long while I've been at peace with my Mom's care. Thank you PH Austell!”

“I visited here the other night and ordered from the drive through and spent $42. I got home and realized that my order was messed up. I called the store and spoke with management and they took my name and offered me to come back at anytime to reorder. “I have been to the Er a couple of times over the last 2 years and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. I went to my family doc 3 times last week and they never found out what my problem was. However , I went to the Er with severe pain and the staff was so sweet. They got me in quick to see the doc and treated my pain and immediately done a CT scan and found out what was wrong.I love this hospital and they have a great staff. The doctor Alicia was on duty and she is great. I dont feel as if I could have ask for anything better from this hospital.”

“Last November my father passed away...but in the year and half prior to his passing, he was going through dialysis at DaVita East. He hated the in clinic dialysis and was always stopping his dialysis treatment early. He choose to get the peritoneal placement for dialysis at home. Dr. Serna and the staff at DaVita East were a tremendous help and excellent support team for him during that last year. My husband and I learned from the nursing staff all we needed to know about hooking my dad up and taking him off the dialysis machine in the comfort of my dad's home. The support we received from Dr. Serna and the staff was immeasurable. We have been in contact with them since my father's passing with supplies (sterile) left over that they can use to train other patients and families with the peritoneal process of dialysis. We highly recommend Dr. Serna and the staff at DaVita East for peritoneal dialysis treatment.”
