“My experience with the labor and delivery nurses was great. The mother baby recovery nurses were awesome as well. I felt that they did a great job at checking in on me and making me feel like that they did care about my healing process. Thank you ladies. also when I had surgery, the surgery team was very nice and informative. And the guy who transported me back and forth to and from surgery was super friendly, it helped with putting me at ease. Overall I can say that my experience was really good. Thank you.”

“I have taken my autistic son to three different doctors about his infected toe and all of them have prescribed antibiotics the first time it did nothing the second time not more than the first, the third time it decreased the infection slightly BUT only this time when I saw this doctor did she actually tell me why his toe was infected and where the infection actually came from came from, no other doctor gave us an actual reason just antibiotics, and antibiotics are not going to fix what is wrong with my son, thanks to this doctor we actually have a real diagnosis and treatment which are not antibiotics and be will heal and now I know that this will actually go away. We walked in to this clinic and even though Alex had 14 people in front of him we were able to go home and wait at home because of an app that had an active waiting list that we could watch and come back whenever he was next in line the doctor was amazing the staff was amazing I just gave five stars because that was the limit but if there were more I would give more. This place truly cares about people and takes the time to ask the questions that make a difference. I would recommend this place to anyone in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.”

“My expierence with the FWOPC and the V.A. in general has been exceptional. I have had one complaint about the Pharmacy services not advising the Patient or Provider when the Pharmacy cannot fill the prescription. Other than that the treatment at both FWOPC and MCD has been great. Before complaining ask yourself is this a real health concern or am I complaining because my own comfort and convenience was disturbed. Please remember that the V.A. is doing the best it can with a limited budget and a limited number of qualified personnel. Many of the people at the clinics are volunteers, and "Thanks a bunch to them!". The rest are dedicated professionals who could go elsewhere and earn more money, but choose to make do with less and serve our vets the best they can under the circumstances. And I thank them all! When COVID-19 struck our community, the people I just praised looked up, saw a bunch of people trying to seek health care. So what did they do? They said 'Oh my God, there are sick people coming to this medical clinic, LOCK THE DOORS'. Did the same at the VA Dallas Medical Center.”

“My wife had her gallbladder removed by Dr Nick Nicholson at this place (Highly recommend the man for any surgery you need... he is one of the few remaining Dr's that actually cares about the wellness of his patients). There was a scheduling issue between the doctor's office and the surgical center (the appointment was made after the facility was closed on a Friday and we got there on Monday morning). They were able to do the surgery anyway, and there was minimal waiting. I think the surgery only lasted about an hour, and we were soon in the recovery room. While I don't recommend having issues with your gallbladder, I can recommend these guys for your surgical needs. The nurses and other staff were friendly and professional. The facility was clean.”

When someone threatened me, and I felt unsafe, they handled it ASAP. The food was decent, though sometimes too carb-heavy for me as a diabetic. The facility is clean.My doctor and social worker were nice. I finally got the right diagnosis and meds.Your stay is a period to DECOMPRESS. Be grateful for it. Shout out to Miss Sam the Nurse and Volleyball Sam from Eastern Michigan U!!!”
