“I went to chuck out some jewelry on black Friday. There were 3 ladies working the department. 1 was helping a customer. The other 2 ladies sat and chatted for a while before 1 said she was leaving for break. The lady that was leaving for break decided to ask if I've been helped a we made sure contact as she passed me. She did help me with pricing and purchasing my earrings once I had her attention. 5 stars would be offering service once a customer shows interest in anything in the department. The customer can always say they don't need the assistance if that's the case. But offering assistance and chatting with coworkers instead can cause missed sale opportunities. I love my new 14k earrings though! 🙂”

Great prices on clearance merchandise. Restrooms have been better than average each time I've visited & the store itself is organized & clean considering the amount of traffic that goes through there. Some of the aisles can get a bit cramped, but again, it's due to the amount of customers inside the store at that time. They often have name brand beauty products & unique grocery items making these two of my favorite departments to shop.”
