“I've grown up going here pretty often and Curly's is still one of my favorite places to get desserts. I love the custard there as it's always really thick and the toppings are almost always mixed in really well. There's been a few times in the past where there was a large section of custard that didn't have any toppings mixed in, there was a large spot of just vanilla. It hasn't happened too often for me and it's been over the course of about 15 years that it's happened maybe 10 to 12 times total, which is a really small amount over the course of that much time. I think it's more recently that there's been spots that are not mixed well too so hopefully things will start getting mixed better soon. I love this place and it's one of the reasons that I miss living in Fort Worth because I can't get any custard where I'm currently living.”

I'd encountered a lot of aggressive sales people in the furniture sales industry with their over promise & under deliver tactics. Also, finding the furniture you like and having it available on the same day is unheard of in today's logistical dilemma. After going to just about every furniture store this side of the Metroplex, I walked into Stacy's. I didn't expect to find the exact type of sofa I wanted at a good price and available that day. Thankfully, I did and I can gladly say they were my last stop. Not wanting to deal with shipping, I was even able to pick up the sofa from the Stacy's warehouse in Flower Mound. The sofa was easy to install and just what I was looking for! A big shout out to Perry, my salesperson. He's a kind, honest person who helped me save money in the process. Will definitely give Stacy's a look in the future!”

“Overall this is a fantastic community. I have recently moved in and the leasing staff have been fantastic at every point and are extremely communicative. They are also super welcoming. Noise: [4/5] -- Expect your typical apartment noise. Children, heavy footsteps, etc. Neighbors seem to be respectful during quiet hours. So far, nothing extremely bad. Maintenance: [5/5] -- Everyone is nice and quick to work on any issues. Amenities: [4.5/5] -- Better than the average apartment, but not the best, either. Overall, everything is great and nothing is really in bad condition. Grounds: [5/5] -- The grounds keeping crew here does a fantastic job. I rarely see pet waste (there are also a lot of conveniently placed pet waste areas). This is a fantastic change from my old place where very few people would pick up their pet waste! Overall: [4.5/5] -- If you have quiet neighbors or enjoy a relatively quiet community with decent amenities and good maintenance staff, it's a great place to live. I'll update this review if anything changes!”
