“This was such an amazing getaway, we can't wait to go back next year! The deer right outside of the window the first morning we woke up was such a treat and the view was AMAZING. My son said it was the best vacation he ever had and wants this to be our yearly spot for vacations. The town of Bandera was really cute and the Fickle Pickles were delicious! I definitely recommend booking a few nights and exploring around.”

“From day 1 I knew I would be happy here. This place feels like home. Brighton is very helpful & welcoming. She, Carlie, & Kelsie keep everything in order here. If I have a question, they have an answer. Maintenance Requests are handled quickly. Sebastian, Fabian, & Michael are helpful & you can tell they know their job. Auberge of Burleson is kept clean, has a wonderful, fully equipped workout room, & a lovely swimming pool. Since I’ve lived here, I’ve not been disturbed by loud music or the life going on around me, the walls must be thick, lol. Residents are kind & respectful. The Valet Trash service is a plus, they don’t get the credit they deserve for the job they do. Yes, I am proud to call this home. I even like when the Burleson Police stroll by, it’s a good safe place to live & the staff works hard to keep it that way…the various events for the residents is a treat!!! Thank you, keep up the good work!!!”

“Me and my family enjoyed our 2 night stay in the Cottage it was wonderful, Scott is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful place, loved the flowers and my kids loved the Peacock. My daughter even left her Mickey Mouse she sleeps with every night and they called us letting us know they were going to send it out to us! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. “I have been a resident of Sansom Pointe Senior Apartments for nearly two years now, and I just love my apartment! I would like to give a big "shout out" to the superior team there. Cindy is the manager, Emily is at the front desk, Dora is our cleaning lady, Matthew is maintenance, and Jeff is the maintenance supervisor. I had a water leak coming from my front window, and Jeff immediately assessed the situation. He went above and beyond, searching for, and fixing the leak. He is experienced, professional, and diligent. Clean-up was thorough and privacy was maintained. He even went as far as putting my curtains and pictures back on the wall with brand new cordless blinds. Thank you Sansom Pointe for taking care of your seniors!”

“The property management is absolutely outstanding. Miss Charon goes out of her way to help and assist you whenever you call and need to speak with her. She always answers anytime I send an email she always respond. She’s very friendly. Me and my kids live here for three years and they throw pool parties during the summertime. They did the food trucks and vendors, absolutely love living at this property, never once had an issue with any of the neighbors they’re absolutely amazing. The is school right across the street easy access for my children to walk to school every day. If you are looking for a fun family community, this is it!”

“I moved into Crystal Springs two weeks ago and have loved making this place home. I feel like my unit was designed specifically for me - the layout, the space, the details are all very well thought out and executed. My grandma remarked during my move in, “This is just the perfect size!” And I couldn’t agree more. I felt comfortable and completely at ease from the first night and have thoroughly enjoyed finding my rhythm and flow here. The amenities are so well designed and kept. I feel inspired and such a clarity of mind in all areas of the building - the coworking space, the pool, the gym. I feel very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem. The location is perfect for me - right on the Trinity and near all of my go to grocery stores/shopping. It does take me around 45 min to get to Dallas, but so far without crazy traffic if timed right. Victoria, Jeff and Miguel have all been amazingly responsive to every one of my questions and requests over the course of my time here from touring to getting settled in. Even maintenance has been quick, professional and kind in fulfilling requests. I feel so well taken care of by the team here. It is evident this property has been thought through extensively, with great intention put on creating the best experience for the residents which is something I deeply appreciate as a business owner myself. My heart is full and I am so grateful to be here. 🤍”
