“I was a Resident at Provenza for 1.5 years. Move in and out went smoothly. I never had any issues. Management was proactive and the community is nice. I didn’t hear neighbors, so I assume well insulated. Gates didn’t always work, but they recently fixed them. I had a garage so I never had a parking problem. Once a friend visited overnight (I forgot to register their car as a guest) and it was towed. That cost me about $350 dollars, but that was my fault. Just know the apartments are nice, but parking spaces are for the people who live here. If you have a guest stay, make sure to register their vehicle in the online portal. Nice place, well insulated, proactive management and some fun activities organized by staff. You don’t have to participate, but nice options if you want to interact with other residents. Overall 5-stars based on my experience.”

Unfortunately it was not completed by the move in date, but fortunately we were taken very good care up and put up into a hotel nearby until the house was perfect. On the move in day Johnny and Layla were there finishing up final touches and walked thru with us. The renovations completed to the house were great and we love how it turned out. Despite a few things still needing to be touched up we moved in and look forward to working with them to finishing the whole house!”
