Nick was the salesperson that we worked with and we really appreciated all of his knowledge and walking us through so many questions. He was very hands-off and we never once felt pressured or had the feeling we were being "sold to" which was a huge perk! We ultimately decided to purchase a hot tub. It took about 4-6 weeks from order to delivery but we were always kept informed. The delivery process was so smooth and the delivery crew was so incredibly kind and helpful!
