“Came here for lunch with my guest, and it was awesome. A small little restaurant that to me personally has a great little view, nice seating inside, clean and good food. The cashier was so pleasant with stellar customer service. Plan to visit again with more guests and even by myself. To sit and enjoy the window view is peaceful and relaxing.”

“Happy Hour is from 4 to 7 pm, Mon - Fri. Went for Happy Hour and you can get a lot of food for a good price. Overall, the food was good, though it was slightly cold. There was barely any people in the restaurant on a Monday at 6, so the kitchen wasn't heating the food up properly. However, despite it being a little cold, it was yummy. Service was good too, had a really friendly waitress. I definitely recommend coming here for Happy Hour food! I didn't try the drinks so can't comment on that.”

“Had a magnetized watch and was skeptical of my local watch shops so I came here, friendly guy named Ethan fixed it at no charge and made my day. Don't take their friendly courtesy service as an advantage. Will definitely come back here to get another watch looked at because of that! Their watch inventory is amazing and the watch straps they carry are beautiful.”

“This review more than Barry's is about Kevin DiMichele. Don't get me wrong, Barry's at Clarendon is really good and I am very happy with my classes and experience there. But Kevin is a wonderful coach/trainer/class lead. I have taken Barry's classes in DC, Clarendon, and LA and he is by far the best trainer I have had. Not only he knows exactly what is coming next and is on top of the routine the whole time, but also he explains everything very clearly, and doesn't assume that everyone knows everything. His routines also have a very good flow. Also, he very well knows when to switch to another movement and change it up. If you have been to Barry's you know that the music is loud, so sometimes when the trainer doesn't speak clearly and loud enough, it is hard to hear them. With Kevin, you don't have that issue at all. He is funny and charming too and he pushes you when needed as well. Overall I really like his classes and I do my best to move things around and take his classes if my schedule allows. He is out of the DC Barry's but I have only taken his classes in Clarendon.”

“The vet tech Sam and Dr. Shessel were so great! My baby is a little chonk who has had some teeth issues in the past. I decided to switch his vet because this one has glowing reviews and is a lot more convenient of a location now. The staff were all very caring and nice, and Severus did very well with them. He's always been pretty good with vets, but he got very scared after he had to get a dental last year. Dr. Shessel was so calm and gentle with him. He growled a bit, but ended up eating some sweet treats she left for him (after she left, haha). Cost wise: It's slightly higher because it's on the metro, but it definitely felt worth it. I've never had a vet spend so much time in the room with my animal and be genuinely interested, not just going through the routine exam. Looking forward to future visits! “Love this place, amazing atmosphere, amazing service and amazing pastries. You can ask to get them warmed up and they come out with an incredible crisp. They have live music on the weekends and the ambiance is super chill, I have gone with my family here and they also have ice cream for the kids. The guys at the counter are super friendly and treat everyone very nice. Definitely will be a go to place while I am in the area.”

“I was the best dressed groomsman (I was almost too well dressed). Needed a tux within the week and this was about the only place I could pick one up. Thankfully the fitting was quick, the selection was wide, and the service was excellent :)”

“What a fun, tight-knit, vibrant community with so many perks!!! I fell in love with NB quickly because: it's in a perfect location, has fun instructors with all different styles and workouts, has free parking(!!), fair prices, non-judgement atmosphere, and small personalized classes. Everyone is welcome and it's so uplifting to see. It's also so easy to try your first class for a super cheap intro price. I'm hooked”

“The manager on duty told me the hot food was old and made me a fresh batch of what I wanted, which is a level of care I haven't seen at a 7/11 before. He acted like he owned the place, which I thought was cool.”

“Being a college student, I am always looking for good authentic Pakistani food places to go to. Me and my friends all agree that Mehran checks off all the boxes. So many selections to choose from, and all were so good. I got the beef karahi which is a must try if you go, super authentic and fresh. I also tried the boneless chicken kabob was so good along with the rice and chickpeas. My friend got the Seekh kabob and it was moist and flavorful not dry at all. All the food was hot and could tell it was freshly made. When I went again, I tried the gyro wrap, which is my go to, every time I go now. The naan is fresh and crispy along w flavorful gyro and a special sauce. I definitely recommend this place to everyone I know and they are never dissatisfied.”

“In the cellar and through the mysterious door you enter into a great looking space with a lot of attention to detail. That detail stopped at the bar and the restrooms. The “craft cocktails” that were tried lacked flavor and I have never had a manhattan served in a martini glass. The bathrooms were really bad which surprised me based on the Google rating of a current 4.6. Also, the fact that the mens restroom door is backwards made me giggle- No one said- “fix it” .”

“This place is amazing, we have been going here for 30 plus years.! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. I had a 911 with my car and they got me in the next morning first thing, as busy as they are they took care of us. We appropriate you all so much thank you Bob and Denise”

“Pretty good spot for lunch specials. I had the ka pow chicken dish which was not too spicy. A little bit too much sauce, but the flavor was good, and the spring rolls as a side was a good plus. Would definitely go back to try some more different things”

“The place is a jewel! Its family ran!! The food is consistent and extremely fresh. The kitchen is quick. The staff is more of a leave you alone style and not attentive enough for me so we mostly take out. But the food more than makes up for it. Good food is always the great equalizer. I will eat here forever!!!”

“I hesitate to leave a 5 star review because I really like this place but it's not too big. The food was great, service was immaculate, and the prices are reasonable! I wish this was in Tyson's so I could go weekly. But it's probably better for my wallet if it's not. Anyways, it's a great place and the staff is super friendly. I'll be coming back.”

“two days ago was our first time we came to that fine restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the generous service, with the exceptional cooking and booze and with the decent pay. We will definitely come back in a short time.”

“A nice place to hang out when their rooftop is open, because it's usually deserted. There's a big management problem - to the extent that they make the amazing servers take both your credit card AND your ID to start a tab - but if you can get over the archaic way of doing business, it's really nice. After all, that's probably one of the reasons it's so quiet.”

“Even though I live in Western NY currently, I travel back to the Northern Virginia area on a regular basis to visit family and friends, and when I do, I always stop at the gym to keep up with my workout and running routine. The studio and training space are all top of the line, it's what every fitness center/gym should aspire to be. The owners and staff (including former Olympians!) are all highly knowledgeable, friendly, personable, courteous, and willing and able to answer any and all of your questions, and formulate a personalized training and exercise routine to help you perform to the best of your abilities. The best part that I haven't even mentioned yet is the recovery room, complete with compression sleeves (these are worth the price of a membership alone!), ice bath, sauna, and other equipment to assist in your training and recovery. And as someone who's recently introduced yoga into his running and exercise routine (thanks to my four year old daughter!), I really appreciate and make use of the yoga and stretching area. Overall, Formula Running Center is an amazing and welcome addition to the Northern Virginia area, and any past, present, or aspiring runner should be sure to pay a visit and check out everything it has to offer!”
