Nice store. $29 to replace the battery in my old Timex. Took less than 10 minutes. They even re-calibrated the watch’s second hand for me because it was no longer returning to 12:00 correctly. Very convenient!

Had a magnetized watch and was skeptical of my local watch shops so I came here, friendly guy named Ethan fixed it at no charge and made my day. Don't take their friendly courtesy service as an advantage. Will definitely come back here to get another watch looked at because of that!

Struggled replacing my watch band on my Hamilton. Took it to Arlington Watch Works. They not only corrected the clasp device but also set it. Wish I had gone to them weeks before. Very nice, courteous, and quick!

Twice my watch battery has been changed in less than 10 minutes for $29. Good service and price. However, one experience also tells me they cannot always do same day replacement depending on their workload.
