Very Nice little park found while geocaching. Fishing, some hiking, and a primitive campground for hikers and bicyclers. A lot of it is accessible to everyone, but not all of the trails.

Nice place for dock fishing plus they have pic nic tables with grills on top of the hill for use along with clean restrooms,very peaceful

This is a nice site with basic amenities! We were canoeing down the James River and this was an overnight camping spot. Booked one of the primitive campsites, which were exactly what you would expect. Travelers beware, the sites are a long walk uphill (about 1/4 mile... maybe more), so if you are expect to take multiple trips with your gear and leave your boat down on the shore. It was not the most convenient, but we would visit again.

I LOVE THIS PLACE WENT THERE AND NOT LEAVE DISAPPOINTED. WILL BE VISITING AGAIN.💖💖💖

My husband and I found this while out for a motorcycle ride, while there we walked some paths and b4 you know it we looked up and there where eagle's over our head, we've gone back every yr without disappointment to see them
