The salads are also very well pronged. The garlic knots are "busin busin" as the kids would say. And the pizza! Xtra Large means extra large here! The sauce is exquisite, the ingredients are 😋 yum, and the crust is perfectly crispy and not thin! If you're looking for a pizza joint while you're traveling, take the extra 2 to 3 miles to travel past Chicho's Pizza! You won't regret it!”

“Kayla is fantastic. The last time we went to this location, we had a bad experience but we were just lacking Kayla. She quickly greeted us (and everyone else who entered), made sure we were seated and happy. The food was great and came out quick. Throughout our time, I saw Kayla doing every task that needed to be done, fixing problems with other guests, cleaning tables, washing dishes. She deserves a raise and a front row parking spot. We will be back, thank you!!”

“Had a great dining experience today. We got the Baked Spaghetti 🍝 and a salad 🥗. The service was excellent 👍, the waitress took care of us and made sure we had plenty to drink. I was impressed with the big selection on the menu. We will be back to try some of the other dishes they have to offer. A very nice hole in the wall restaurant.”

The kids loved the Mexican rice!”

“I didn't go to the restaurant part, we visited the farm/petting area. I believe they are owned by the same people? It was cute and fun, but maybe fancies itself a little nicer than it is. $5 for a cup of goat feed is a bit much I think, on top of entrance ticket and a pony ride. My daughter loved the sand pit with the digging machines, and I loved the tiny bunnies. All in all, fun and enjoyable.”

Fries are very very salty that come with the meals but we were told they soak them in sea salt so if you're not big on salt, make sure and order the classic crinkle fries which they offered to us and are very good as well. Overall, great place to eat. The bar doesn't make specialty drinks nor do they have a drink menu but 5 stars still!”

“First, I would like to applaud the staff & owner for their continued excellent service. Second, I would like to say that I was also present on 12/31/20 at Surf Dogs when, “Richard” was waiting for a To-Go order. They were in fact pretty busy, a couple tables were taken but they had a HUGE amount of To-Go orders that were also being prepared. At the time there was one employee in the restaurant with 8 orders cooking by herself. That would be pretty overwhelming for anyone, especially with a rude & extremely hostile customer added to the mix. The owner was in fact there, he came in to help out. He was in no way drunk. As many times my children & I have been to Surf Dogs when the owner was there, he has never been drunk. As far as the cook is concerned...Anyone would cry when they’ve got someone screaming at them, dropping f bombs & being down right nasty. What “Richard” forgot to mention is how he threw hotdogs & a hot sausage across the counter in a TEENAGERS face, again cursing, being hostile & dropping f bombs. The KAREN he is speaking of is also, just a teenager... who he said to “you don’t know what the f you’re doing either”. Before you feed too much into “Richards” absolute disgrace of a review, I figured I would give my perspective as a customer who was present for this mans completely outrageous behavior. Surf Dogs always has been and will continue to be a family favorite of ours!!”

“I'm shocked at the bad reviews because they have the best cheddar prime rib burgers of any of the other Hardees. They actually season their burgers and their prime rib perfectly! They're 8 piece fried chicken is outstanding! Crispy and packed full of flavor while being perfectly cooked. The Centerville Turnpike Bridge has been closed which makes it a. much longer distance for me but I still manage to get over there as often as possible. It's on Mount Pleasant and Centerville Turnpike in Chesapeake VA. I'd recommend it to any and everyone and plan to return frequently!”

“I stopped in here completely by accident and am very glad I did! Our normal restaurant was closed because it was a Monday as was the next closest place. I picked Golden Dragon based on the reviews and we were not disappointed! Everything we ordered was perfectly cooked and very delicious! Even though it's a little out of the way to pick up on my way home from work, Golden Dragon will definitely become our new "normal" restuarant for Chinese takeout!!!”
