I've been a Twisted Pair for many years. Bradley (the owner) always provides excellent service and is very responsive to customer needs. If you have a problem -- submit a trouble ticket and he's on it! Recently his monitoring systems noticed that my hard drive was operable but about to fail. He immediately notified me to back up the hard drive and he provided support for some minor backup issues. About two days later -- after I had successfully backed up -- the hard drive failed. Only because of his timely notification, I was able to save all of my files and settings. He then helped me select a new laptop, restored my files and settings, and encrypted the new system without a loss of any data. Wow, he prevented a major catastrophe and a huge loss of business data!

Twisted Pair is outstanding! They listened to our outlandish needs, my capable-enough-to-be-a-problem technical knowledge, and put that all together into a cohesive plan to update, refurb, and tailor future solutions for our IT needs.
Not only am I happy with the business service, but we will be returning to Twisted Pair for any future needs!

Bradley and his team did an amazing job with our move. They planned well, they were attentive to detail, and they made the entire transition to a new office better than we could have ever expected. I had an accident the week of my move and Bradley went above and beyond to communicate with me during my absence as well as follow up when I got back. You definitely should use this company!

This company is fantastic. We called several days ago, and Bradley came out this morning and spent two hours with us. So good with computers, phones, blue tooth in cars, and anything you can ask him about. Do not hesitate to call him if you want a true professional. He does not waste time and gets things fixed in a timely fashion.
