“I had bought a new LG gas range that stuck out about 8 inches from the wall because of the gas connector being an older version. I called Herb & he was out here within 20 minutes to take a look. Then he came back out the very next morning (GREAT customer service). Now my range sits beautifully flush with the wall. He did an incredible job, quick & efficient. Herb left the area even cleaner than he found it (contrary to another review I saw on here). He even took the time to explain to me everything he was doing & how my gas lines are set up in my home. The pricing he gave me was also more than fair. With everything he did here, I really feel like I got a DEAL. He is also very personable & kind. My little 3 year old just loved talking to him & playing yo-yo. You just never find wonderful service like this anymore & I am so glad I decided to go with his company. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!”

“WOW!! Just, WOW!!! I was skeptical at first reaching out to my warranty company to fix another plumbing issue because the last company they sent out was worse than a month’s old of hot trash. Anyways, as soon as I placed the request online for service through my warrant company, it was within minutes that someone from Price Right Plumbing & Drain Cleaning called me back. They provided great customer service to me and my tenants. They were courteous and respectful of my tenants schedule when setting up the appointment. My tenants said, “the technician arrived on time and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. He fixed the drain stoppage and gave us more information on how to mitigate the issue if it were to happen again.””

“I had 2 a/c units go down over the weekend. I got an honest answer about the work load that they had lined up for Monday but they said they would try to squeeze me in to at least check on the issues I was having and work may not be able to be done on Tuesday. With the crazy heat I was expecting that. Well by 12:30 Keith was at my house with an installer and a young man in training. They figured out the problems and replaced 3 parts ( between 2 units) and now I have A/C again. The service was prompt, honest, professional and a fair price as well. I now know who to call for my A/C or heat issues. Thanks to the young man for learning a trade...we need people who know how to fix things and Keith, thanks to you and your crew for fast, friendly service while training someone in this heat.”

No waiting early in the a.m. . Was pleased with the Kia. I think they should explain the ezpass option but that's OK. Little pricey compared to my usual spot but it's very easy to rent from here. Also for previous tuneups this has been an issue & an area company can improve.”
