“Interesting park, there is one main trail that rings the entire grounds. There's also a lot of criss-crossing trails. Generally easy to hike for the average hiker. If your bike riding some spots will take all of your skill sets to get across. Great place to go bird watching. Sadly there is no map of the trails at either entrance.”

Offer was 24 point tune up but some of items were not completed or didn’t show on checklist of items completed (e.g. Apply protective coating to outside of unit; clean & inspect filters; lubricate all moving parts; adjust balancing dampers; test crankcase heaters; test capacitors; inspect flue pipe; verify flue draft; clean ignition assembly; tune burners; clean burner assembly. Also for previous tuneups this has been an issue & an area company can improve.”

The staff, from the receptionist to the billing manager are excellent, so helpful and professional, and the new infusion center is amazing. There’s absolutely no change I would make. The experience is easy, efficient, fast, and a million times less expensive than a hospital infusion center. If you receive or are starting to receive infusion therapy this is hands down the best option in the city. You won’t be disappointed!”

Second, I would like to say that I was also present on 12/31/20 at Surf Dogs when, “Richard” was waiting for a To-Go order. They were in fact pretty busy, a couple tables were taken but they had a HUGE amount of To-Go orders that were also being prepared. At the time there was one employee in the restaurant with 8 orders cooking by herself. That would be pretty overwhelming for anyone, especially with a rude & extremely hostile customer added to the mix. The owner was in fact there, he came in to help out. He was in no way drunk. As many times my children & I have been to Surf Dogs when the owner was there, he has never been drunk. As far as the cook is concerned...Anyone would cry when they’ve got someone screaming at them, dropping f bombs & being down right nasty. What “Richard” forgot to mention is how he threw hotdogs & a hot sausage across the counter in a TEENAGERS face, again cursing, being hostile & dropping f bombs. The KAREN he is speaking of is also, just a teenager... who he said to “you don’t know what the f you’re doing either”. Before you feed too much into “Richards” absolute disgrace of a review, I figured I would give my perspective as a customer who was present for this mans completely outrageous behavior. Surf Dogs always has been and will continue to be a family favorite of ours!!”

“I have 2 children that have been enrolled since Nov 2018. My youngest son was in the infant room until recently and we loved all of the staff. My son had a wonderful relationship with his primary provider Ms. Kelly. She was so great with him. He has moved up to the toddler room and is adjusting nicely with the help of the staff. My older son is in the 2 year room and tells us all the time how "He had a good day". They do a lot of activities with the kids and he is learning so much. The director and assistant director are very approachable and have always helped address anything we have brought to them. On top of the great staff they have cameras in the rooms where you can check in (or stalk as my husband and I say) on your kids throughout the day. They also have a app that tracks the kids day and allows you to communicate with the staff in your child's room directly. We would highly recommend this location.”
