“Wendy's was swamped with customers when i came in ..early afternoon on Friday (11/27/2020) But the cashier (20/30's rhinestone face mask) handled everything with patience and professionalism! I was VERY impressed.. There were several people waiting for food; she told me she didn't forget about my order.. and was asking other guests if they'd prefer their drinks now or later, and various other politeness and niceties. i know these things seem small but we should value and distinguish exceptional people and good service.
