“I am not a customer per se of VMR. But I feel qualified to make a character reference. I met Mike today when he helped his nephew and me load a kayak onto my car at Mike's warehouse. Mike had no idea who I was, only that I was some random off of Craigslist who had bought the kayak from his nephew. Mike spent 45+ minutes of his own lunch hour shrink wrapping the kayak, tying it onto my cross bars with *3* different straps/tapes for redundancy, and tying front and back to tiespots on my car's front and rear. Instead of using the ropes I had bought, he used his own foam pads, his own shrink wrap, his own plastic strapping and his own glass-fiber tape. If he's willing to do that for some random off the street *whom he didn't even sell anything to*, I can't imagine how he treats his actual customers. My suspicion is that he treats his customers pretty darned well. I'm not in the market for any medical repair services, but if I were, you can bet I'd be coming to Mike, even though I live 4 hours away in Wilmington NC. Thanks again, Mike.”

We explained how my teeth are sensitive and the last time they didn’t have marinara sauce..... there was a gentlemen who called back before sending the food out. To apologize for the minor issues last time, and to explain that he made my Stromboli personally!! And let me just say it was outstanding and amazingly good! Along with extra extra marinara sauce! This place always goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their customers!! Much love for this place and MOST definitely recommend eating here when in the mood for AMAZING Italian!!”
