All of the coaches are incredibly gifted and can help you accomplish any fitness goal you have whether its diet, endurance, strength training, Olympic weightlifting there is a coach that can help you with that! The gym does several activities throughout the year to keep that community spirit alive whether its month long fitness/diet competitions, a gym wood cookout, or a food drive for feed more there is almost always something else going on! I’ve personally witnessed a massive transformation at this gym, I’ve been going for about a year now. My technique and strength have improved beyond my expectations. I was also the guy with bad form, really bad form, but with the help of the coaches, and community I’ve been able to transform my technique and can now move with a barbell using great form/technique!
