“Do not hesitate to make an appointment. This is a great group of professionals. All of the Doctors, Nurses and Staff are incredible. I have Diabetes and I had a terrible wound on my foot. I was seen by Dr. Patel for wound care. The outlook was not good for keeping my toe. She was concerned but she had a plan. We worked together to get my foot to heal. Her memory and bedside manor are outstanding. My foot recently got infected again due to callous build up. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Patel. She was on maternity leave so I saw Dr. Karen at the Henrico office. Dr. Karen = Awesome. She picked right up where Dr. Patel left off. We worked together and got my foot healed again. Now we are doing preventive maintenance. I have learned alot from these awesome Doctors. With the diabetic neuropathy and the ulcer in my foot I need to stay ahead of injury. I am so lucky to have these great people on my team.”

“Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about five months ago at a different doctor, who sent me home without explaining anything - I literally had to google the medication to figure out what I had. I’ve been struggling with symptoms for years. I saw Dr. Wallace today and she was just fantastic. I was late to my appointment due to traffic but they still saw me, Dr. Wallace took the time to get to know me and go through each component of my blood work to explain what it meant/where in the range I fell, and she reassured me about some health anxieties without making me feel ridiculous at all. She was upfront, concise, honest, and compassionate. The office staff was also friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The experience was efficient, reassuring, and easy. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I would recommend Dr. Wallace to anyone struggling with thyroid or other hormone issues!”
