I had been to another store and was trying to avoid having to travel to another store. I asked Kevin to check for me if the other store had it. He immediately stopped what he was doing and offered to check in the back and went himself. He came out with it and made my granddaughter very happy! “Absolutely give Extreme Audio 5 stars if I could give them a million I would. First let's start with my initial call to inquire about a new radio for my jeep wrangler. Jack answered the call and immediately greeted me warmly with a welcoming tone. I expressed to Jack what I needed and he proceeded to guide me with patience and familiarity of the many options that I had for my jeep. I immediately booked an appointment for the next day. Brought my vehicle in that morning and Jack greeted me and explained how the set up would go. Through the day he kept me updated with the process. Upon picking up my vehicle that evening after processing my payment Jack met me outside to show me the complete installation and he even went over every detail of my new radio. Also answering any questions that I had pertaining to features and how to work this and that. He also assured me that if I had any further questions to not hesitate to call and ask him. I must say that I am so impressed and satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. My radio installation looks amazing and I'm greatly appreciated of the time and professionalism from Jack and the installer. Highly recommend them and I will be back for any future additions to my ride.”

“Highly impressed with this company. Had a Brother printer issue that was a result of a June 2020 Windows Update. It just quit printing from my laptop. I contacted Simmons Computer Solutions through their website and was contacted immediately. I was asked to call them and I did. I spoke with Chris Simmons and he was very polite and courteous. Shortly thereafter, a technician called me and I gave him remote access. He was aware of the Windows Update issue and proceeded to work his magic in fixing the printing problem. He too was very polite and answered questions I had. I would highly recommend using this company and I will make them my go-to people.”

Yesterday, I took a water damaged phone in the be checked out. Though I had to replace that phone, the manager, Dylan, helped me weigh my options and sold me a brand new older model Samsung S20 for a very fair price and helped me get it up and running. “I can’t say enough about Kristen and Evoke Physio. I have participated in her strength classes and also saw Kristen for PT on my hip and low back. She is the first PT I’ve seen that has been able to quickly identify the problem and offer immediate solutions and ways to strengthen the area to prevent future pain. I have struggled with back pain for years and have now gone my longest stretch ever without pain. Her strength classes are great because you can modify as much as you need to, but are motivated to push yourself to do more than you have each class. I would highly recommend Evoke Physio for either PT or strength classes. You won’t be disappointed and will see results quickly!”
