“I am very pleased with the care I have received from Brandermill Optometry. All I can say is I was having eye trouble. It was hard to describe but my eyes simply bothered me. I use a computer all day and I am on my phone texting and browsing heavily as well. I thought well I'm over 40 I must need glasses. Thankfully Dr. Shen wasn't so convinced, my vision was 20/80 when I began seeing her, after following her treatment plan, I had 20/20 vision. I will say due to a busy schedule I didn't comply fully to her treatment plan but even so I'm now at 20/25. Her plan really worked to help my eyes feel better. She is very thorough and tries to get to the bottom of what the problem is, she doesnt just prescribe contacts and send you on your way. She asks questions and spends time to find out what's wrong. My eyes feel so much better now, no more jumping, dryness or tiredness. In my opinion Dr. Shen means well and will do all she can to see that your vision problems are solved.”
