I call it the Mini markup. Bob’s shop was recommended to me by a friend when it came time to replace my front brake pads, and my experience at his shop was a refreshing change of pace. Bob had me in and out in a couple hours for a price that was fair without trying to up-sell me on work that I didn’t need, which makes me feel like I could trust him in the future to give me honest assessments of needed repairs. I will be coming back here in the future.”
