“Somehow I appeared as a skip in their system. The manager went above and beyound to help me figure out how, when, and what was purchased. I am so great full for her help, and look forward to being a customer when this is figured out. I went in because my sons PlayStation is b omg repaired and he saw that we can do a short term lease, but from seeing how much they are there to help I trust this company to actually look into purchasing furniture I am going to update. I never knew this company had the quality, or was financially feasible with its prices, it isn’t much more then the traditional stores! I would prefer smaller payments while I’m able to save more and then pay it off with the yearly bonus I receive. It may sound strange that I feel this way but you would have to try them to understand, it wasn’t their fault someone used my identity.”

“Good place for, carpet I bought an area rug! One problem... A 4" x 4" piece was cut from the edge of the carpet (I assume someone wanted a sample piece) , making it 4" shorter in one direction. I could not see this because it was on the inside of the roll!”
