I was greeted when I arrived and Cory was very friendly and helpful. He was very quick about getting the car ready for the test drive. Everyone was very quick in getting the paperwork ready for me to sign after we made the deal. Over all a great experience!!!! I have bought vehicles from other car dealerships before and it seemed like it takes forever to get to the paperwork part. Not at Ourisman, they were quick and very professional. When I called I was greeted by Nicole, she told me of what was available and helped me answering in all the questions that I had. We saw her when we came in the dealership as well, she is very professional and took very good care of us. She also has AMAZING work ethic. wWe were met with our salesman Willie who was amazing as well. He assisted in discussing details of the vehicle and was very thorough in making sure our car shopping experience was great as well. Our Finance Manager Habib was exceptional in answering all finance questions and made the experience as pain free and quick as possible.
Overall Amazing environment every step was a fantastic experience. Needless to say we bought the vehicle !
