“I came in because I had a very poor experience with when contacting Bridgestone directly about my tires. After a lot of frustration, a corporate representative scheduled me to go to the Sterling store to have my tires checked out. On arrival, I met Sam, the store manager. He greeted me with a smile on his face and a great positive attitude. He answered all of our questions, checked my vehicle and got our situation handled very efficiently. As I was waiting, I observed the staff and was impressed with not only their positive demeanor, but also their product knowledge. I highly recommend this location. Even though it is not near my home, I will be making the trip for any future needs.”

“Walk here weekly for lunch and they do a good job. The place does get pretty busy especially during the standard lunch hour and on a good weather day. You may see a wait of about 5 minutes or so in line - nothing too terrible. Excellent grilled chicken sandwich (i prefer on ciabatta bread vs. the croissant). Mac and cheese side is great on a cold day!”

“So my young kids attend this studio and we can’t say enough positive things about the staff!! They are well organized and clearly emphasize not only the physical activity part but also the discipline/respect/listening/paying attention (which we are still working on!!). They also have the kids of all ages take turns leading the class which gives them some confidence!! Dodgeball is a huge hit as well!! My kids love it so much that we did a 4 year old birthday party there and the staff pulled it off flawlessly!! I won’t totally ruin the surprise, but my son was able to break “something” with his fist and was super proud of what he pulled off!!! Big thanks to Master Andrew and the ENTIRE staff for all they do!!!!!”
