They carry high quality pet food, and if it doesn't meet their high expectations, they would not carry it or you pull the product off the shelf immediately. I have seen them do that. Their customer service is excellent. I can always rely on them when I have questions on the pet products. I love that when they don't have the product in stock or if they don't carry it, they always offer to see if they can get it for me, shipping to the store. Their prices are excellent comparing to other specialty pet stores in the area. Yes, I have checked. Another thing I love, well, 2 things... Are that they offer 5% off case of pet food, and their loyalty reward program. I've already saved so much money shopping at Whole Pet Central. I have been to their Ashburn and Maryland locations. Their Maryland store is larger.”
