Brian was quick to respond and understanding of me being a poor college student and not having much money. He had me send him a picture and told me he would fix the dent for less than half of what the other 4 places quoted me. Moreover, I've been treated just as well at a $16 Virginia inspection as when my cars have needed major repairs. One particular time a few years ago stands out: a cotter pin on one of my brakes had fallen out--on Christmas Eve afternoon. The team worked me in almost immediately and fixed it quickly.”

“We first took our car to the Honda dealership in Dulles and they performed a scan to determine the issue. We were told that we would probably need a part replaced costing $1400 for the part and labor. On the way back to the dealership our brakes went completely soft so we did an emergency stop at merchants. We were pretty sure we were screwed and wouldn't be leaving Merchants without an even bigger bill than Honda but to our pleasant surprise they fixed our brakes and the underlying issue (a rusted bolt) for way way way less than expected. These guys were professional and honest when they could've easily taken advantage of our situation. Much respect and gratitude!”
