Andy was thorough, professional, and didnt mind the beagle sniffing around. He showed me I needed to know about the heater and even wiped down the doors and water heater before leaving. Traded in our older minivan and got a very fair trade price. Asked to have a hitch put on and was told it would be a while. They gave us a loaner car while we waited. When the vehicle was ready, Mark went over all the controls etc. Our contact with Kevin, Mark and Milenka was very positive. By far, this was the best car dealer experience we have ever had. “Oh my goodness, words cannot express how satisfied that I am with the outcome of my car, however; I will try. First let me say, I live in Upper Marlboro, MD. Customer service is number 1 priority for me, and this is what you will get at the Yates Carwash located in Kingstowne, VA. I scheduled an exterior detail for my car and upon my arrival while entering the store the young cashier was nice, she called the technician Nathaniel. We walked outside so that he could look at my car. I had several scratches that were not deep, how they were ugly. Nathaniel advised that I may need to go to a body shop to have a deep buff, however; after a good wash and shine that my car would look a little better. Well I must say, my car looks like a brand new car, and you can’t see the scratches. Nathaniel and Victor did an amazing job, my friend that went with me was like I’m going to have to come down to VA. I too will be traveling on I-95 at least once a month to get my car wash. If only I could attach before and after photos. Nathaniel and Victor, I applaud you both ??????, continue to serve in excellence, if I was your Managemet, I would give you both a raise, “Thank you”!”
