She set up a delivery early next week. When we got home, it was clear that the fabric we did not choose would be better. We called her and she immediately changed the order to the better fabric on the phone . Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Excellent.”

Today is another example - a visit with my 5 year granddaughter where we found Monica went above and beyond her role. She helped guide my granddaughter past the spooky Halloween items on to her the non spooky Triceratops. Monica took the time and was gentle with her the whole walk past spooky items.”
