I came back this week to have some additional equipment installed in my new vehicle. Sam went above and beyond by ensuring that I had a loaner vehicle while the service was done and the very next day he stayed late that evening when I got off from work to explain the new technology that was installed in my vehicle. “Derek was great with communicating and getting my car taken care of as soon as possible. The minor issue I had was when it comes to getting the parts ordered for your car, it takes forever for it(The parts) to come in. One would think it could be a few days being that it is the dealership but that's just not the case here. But nevertheless when the part does come in, the guys jump right on it and makes sure your car is well taken care of. The waiting game sucks but the overall experience in the Collison Center is great. 5 Stars!!! Thanks Derek!!”
