“Worth every penny and more. Although I have only being going to Custom Kinetics (CK) for a little over three months now – it has been a life changing experience. I was coming off a 7-month stint of NO exercise at all! July 2016 I woke up with a pinched nerve in my back and finally had correcting surgery correcting in November. I couldn’t have been in worse shape. I tried a simple walk in the neighborhood and proceeded to fall and fall hard – resulting in a fractured elbow and sprained tendon. CK has changed all of that. Working with Tim for the last three months has awoken muscles and body parts that probably haven’t worked right for years. He challenges me, encourages me and gets as excited as I do when I finally master the movement that has eluded me for a number of sessions. The gym and the atmosphere is very non-threatening.
