“The food is exactly what you would expect from TGI Friday's. I had the boneless chicken wings with BBQ sauce to start with the Philly cheese steak burger. The burger was a bit dry, but you could chalk that up to my request for medium well. The booth I sat in had a chandelier light that was on the outs. It kept flickering throughout the meal. The service was good with the wait staff keeping my beverage full and checking in.”

“I really like the thin crust pizza. My teenager loves going here because it reminds him of our trips to New York. The staff is always helpful and law enforcement is frequently seen having a meal. My only suggestion is the flow of the order process seems to be a little odd. You go to to left front corner of the restaurant and order, then you proceed to the right and pay for your order. They could use signs and rails to inform customers about the process. Then it would be a better dining experience.”

“The popular NoVa food truck has put up a brick and mortar location in Crystal City. They are serving all of their regular menu items from within a cafe in an office building. As the name implies, your choice of protein (chicken, steak, lamb) is served over basmati rice with a side salad and their own tzatziki sauce. If you ask for spicy they'll top your meal in a delicious jalapeño based sauce which is only 2/5 on my made up spice scale. It's fairly cheap, under $10, and the portions are large enough for 2 meals. It's good to know I can get my lamb lunch fix and don't have to go chasing around the food truck.”

“Great food, good atmosphere. It has an outdoor dining area as well as indoor seating next to the bar. Has a good mix of local and out of town patrons. Has a happy hour and food specials. The front half of the place is a general store and take out. It is located in the heart of Clifton, a small town that has gone upscale. The only drawback is parking. It has some parking around the side but most likely you'll have to park across the street or next door. Usually no problem, but can be an issue on weekends, especially in the summer. All in all, high recommendation.”

I do tend to like most Indian food, so I am probably not as discriminating as some of my Indian friends. But from my perspective, for what it's worth, the food was delicious, and the buffet presentation was quite nice. My waiter was courteous and attentive. Overall I felt it was a fairly good value and I would most definitely return.”
