“The store's location is in a far back-left corner of a square of other businesses, so for a first time pick-up it can be tricky to find it. Parking is fairly empty and the lot is spacious. Going inside there are several menus posted all around the store. On the left there is a red bench for two comfortably. The cash register is directly ahead of you and employees are generally within view and will come to you. Their delivery is pretty quick for me because I live about a mile away. The food quality has been consistently hot and well made. If you use the online tracker you will have a pretty accurate gauge of the timing of things. I don't have a problem with this store I just don't have enough money.”

“Often, what makes or breaks a business are the people who staff it. In this case, the staff is making the business. I have twice come in a hurry for my lunch break and was served promptly. The hosts are very attentive and professional. Kudos goes to the kitchen who definitely whipped up a decently tasty meal in a reasonable amount of time. Instead of dealing with the traffic during the evening rush hour just go to this location and enjoy dinner.”

“I had been wanting to try Pho for a long time, but I'm on a restricted diet and wasn't sure if they could accommodate my needs. Well, I had just flown back from Spain and with not much food in the house, desperately needed some healthy food. I stopped in here and they happily worked within my restrictions. The food is tasty with very fresh veggies and herbs. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. The staff provide excellent customer service. I cannot recommend them enough! I have since been in there several times. I recently tried pho at another restaurant and they didn't even compare. I will stick with Pho Factory. YUM!!!”

“The menu is a bit confusing for first timers. Also, the green beans contain chopped onion, which I didn't know until I ordered them. Because I'm sensitive to onions, I sent them back and swapped them for fries. It bugs me when major components of foods aren't listed. Had the menu said green beans with bacon and onion, I would have known to skip them. Also, the soda machine was a bit off. My husband's drink was largely syrup and mine was barely fizzy. I had the pulled chicken sandwich, which was absolutely delicious, juicy, and flavorful. The fries are pretty top notch, too. We tasted all 6 BBQ sauces and like the Smoky Mountain version best. Also of note is that the ladies room is nicely decorated and kept clean. I didn't expect this pleasant surprise as most fast food places often ignore their bathrooms. Overall, we will definitely be back!”
