“Today 12/15/2019 is the last day this store is open! Employees were told by corporate on Tuesday that the location is closing, gee what a nice Christmas gift. The employees will be boxing up inventory till the end of the year but the store will not be open to the public. This was one of the few Camping World locations that was helpfull and actually cared about the customers.”

“Robbie makes the experience a breeze and is extremely accountable and holds true to his word. He’s already done one of my cars thanks to deer and it came out perfect. He has my second car now and just to give you a good example of Robbies word and the trust you can give. I went in on Tuesday and setup for Robbie to take the appraisal and for him to take the car. Robbie assured me between Tuesday and Wednesday he would have everything needed for insurance to do their part. The insurance adjuster called me Wednesday morning mentioning not having the appraisal. I assured her Robbie said it would be over within the day. Surely enough I didn’t bother Robbie and I let him do exactly as he told me he would. Needless to say insurance called back that same day and said all paperwork is done and checks in the mail. My car will never see another shop again as long as Robbie’s auto body is around.”

I say that to say that I understand and have experienced training and that I know a good instructor when I see one. What sold me on Venom and mainly Joel, its founder and head instructor, had everything to do with Joel. If you cant pass on knowledge you are not a teacher. Joel is a teacher. I was also sold on venom itself because it is a real world method of combat. I learned things the first week that immediately improved my unarmed skill set. Lastly Joel and his family believe in what they are doing. They have a passion to share it with others and improve all of their student's ability to defend themselves as well as get in great shape. Throughout my career I have been exposed to a multitude of armed and unarmed fighting styles and methods. I'm here to tell you that Joel and his Venom program have replaced a lot of less applicable techniques I carried in my toolbox. When I am not travelling with work I meet Joel at not only his classes but he sets time aside for private lessons to help facilitate training with my schedule. “Idk about the other choices out there. And after the service here, im really not intreated. Found the customer service on my first visit was great. Its a small place so everything is done on appointments. But the service is quick. Other then installation, but id rather it done in a timely manner so my vehicle doesn’t have damage after wards. Over all going for calibrations is quick and because of the customer service not unpleasant at all. Great place. Ill recommend to anyone.”
