I stopped at the Gloucester store about a month ago, and want to give a big compliment to the young man, Blair, for being so helpful for me, and going out of his way to make sure he had taken care of the problems I was having with my phone. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and also customer friendly, which can also make a difference in how a customer feels when leaving the store. Thanks so much, Blair!

Despite a rough first time in this store with one of the employees being dismissive of questions seeming only eager to move onto the next customer. I will say that the assistant manger, Jourdan, is very dedicated to her customers and only wants the best for them! She reached out to me personally and apologized about the service we received and offered to help set up an appointment to work directly with her. I admire her dedication to what she does and how hard she works for her customers. She went above and beyond what she is paid to do and I am very pleased with how she handled the situation! I highly suggest asking for or making an appointment with her if you decide to come here!!

Jourdan is AMAZING!!!! Came into the store with a fully broken phone and no clue what I was going to do.
Jourdan sat with my husband and i for almost 2 hours helping replace a phone, and also taking the time to look into our account to save us a bunch of money!!! I will always be back here to work with Jourdan!

Exceptional customer service provided by Blair at the Gloucester, VA., store! He was very professional and patient while taking care of not only myself but also my husband and brother. We all needed new phones and he kindly got everything working perfectly! His friendly and professional attitude will keep Verizon customers coming back! I’m so thankful! I’d give Blair more than a five star rating if I could!
